Infrared Sauna
Private Infrared Sauna Suites - Up to 65 degrees. Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas. Up to 3 people. Extra person charges do apply to bookings.
Cold Plunge
Semi Private Zone - Have your own Cold Plunge for the duration of the booking. Our Cold Plunges will vary between 8-12 degrees. Up to 2 people. Extra person charges to apply to bookings.
Compression Technology
Unwind in our Compression Zone. Our pneumatic compression boots act as a flush of your system. Promoting fresh blood and removing waste product to speed up recovery.
Compex EMS
We have private spaces or combing with our compression bookings, EMS helps promote fresh blood and muscle stimulation to targeted problem areas, improving muscle strength and speeding up recovery.
Contrast Suite
Unwind in our private contrast suite. Built with a cold plunge and infrared sauna and shower this is the ultimate space to unwind and recover.
